Booking Retainer:     
- A 40% nonrefundable booking retainer is required to secure your session date.   
- The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon payment deadline.

Image Delivery:   
 - Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days.   
 - Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional $70, subject to confirmation of availability.

Image Selection & Purchase:   
 - Client-selected, watermarked proof images will be provided for review before final image delivery.  
 - Final images will be delivered without watermarks after the remaining balance has been paid.

RAW Files: Unedited RAW files are not included in any photography package.
​
Studio Rental: Studio rental fees are additional when applicable and will be communicated before booking confirmation.

Additional Locations & Travel: Additional locations and travel outside Charlotte, North Carolina, may incur additional fees as outlined Prior.
